# Approvals

A send can be held for a person to approve, when the key requires approval for every send or the account's policy holds it. Invitations, event updates, cancellations and an invitation answer with a comment or a proposed new time count as sends.

## pending_approval
A held call answers `status: "pending_approval"` with an `approval_id`, `expires_at` and `review_url`. Tell the user a person must approve it in Prubex. Do not retry: the request is already waiting.

## Checking and withdrawing
`approvals_get` reports pending, approved (Prubex is carrying it out), executed (an event id for calendar actions), rejected (with the reviewer's note), expired, cancelled or failed (with the reason). Prubex performs approved actions itself: never resend one. `approvals_list` lists them, by status, account or profile. `approvals_cancel` withdraws one of your own pending requests. Requests expire after 48 hours by default (a workspace can choose 1 to 168).
