Step 1: Connect
Sign in with Microsoft, Google or Zoho, add an app password for iCloud, Yahoo and any IMAP server, or an API token for Fastmail. Calendars come along, and calendar links work too.

Step 2: Authorise
Add Prubex to Claude or ChatGPT and approve it, or create an API key for any other client. Pick which accounts it may reach and what it may do there.

Step 3: Ask
Your agent searches, reads, drafts, replies, files and schedules across every account through one connection, with the same tools everywhere.

Prubex sits between your agents and your accounts, so every rule you set holds for every agent, everywhere.
Nothing is sent without you
Every send waits for your approval by default. Review it in Prubex, edit it if you like, then approve or reject. Trusted recipients can skip the wait when you say so.
Scopes per agent and account
Each key or connected app gets a preset (read-only, assistant or full) or exactly the scopes you choose, and only the accounts you pick.
Every call on the record
Each tool call is logged with who made it, on which account and what happened. Filter it, watch it live, export it as CSV.
Trash, never delete
No tool can permanently delete mail, mail folders or calendars. Mail an agent removes goes to the trash, where you can get it back, and you can turn even that off.
