Acceptable Use Policy

On this page
This policy applies to everyone who uses Prubex, and to every AI agent, key and connected app acting through it. It is part of the Terms of Service. If an agent breaks it, the account holder who authorised the agent is responsible.
No spam or bulk unsolicited email
Prubex is for an agent helping a person or a team with their own mail. It is not a bulk sender. You must not use it to:
- send unsolicited commercial email, or mail to lists of people who have not asked to hear from you;
- send direct marketing without the consent or relationship the law requires (for example POPIA section 69, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules, or CAN-SPAM), or without a working way to opt out;
- buy, rent, scrape or harvest addresses to email;
- get around send limits, daily caps or the first-day limits for new workspaces, for example by spreading sends across workspaces or accounts.
Other things you must not do
- Connect or use an account you are not authorised to use, or try to reach anyone else's data.
- Send phishing, impersonate a person or organisation, or forge where a message comes from.
- Send malware, or links to it.
- Harass, threaten or defame anyone, or send content that is unlawful or that exploits children.
- Break a provider's terms (Microsoft, Google and the others) or the law that applies to you.
- Probe, scan or test Prubex's security without our written permission, or interfere with the service, other customers or the providers.
- Reverse engineer Prubex, or use it to build a competing product from its interfaces or content.
- Use Prubex to make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects on them without the human review the law requires.
Reporting security issues
If you find a vulnerability, tell us at hello@prubex.com and give us a reasonable time to fix it before you share it. Do not access or change data that is not yours while testing.
What we do
We may limit, pause or remove a key, connected app, account, workspace or user that breaks this policy, where we can only the part involved, and we tell the workspace owner why unless the law or safety prevents it. We may report illegal activity to the authorities. To report abuse, email hello@prubex.com.
