Microsoft 365 MCP server
To connect Microsoft 365 to Claude, ChatGPT or another agent, sign in to Prubex with your work or school account and add Prubex to your agent as an MCP server. Prubex reaches your mailbox and calendars through Microsoft Graph and asks you before anything is sent.
Connect Microsoft 365 in 4 steps
- Create a free Prubex workspace and choose Connect an account, then Sign in with Microsoft.
- Sign in with your work or school account and accept the permissions. If your organisation requires an administrator’s approval, Prubex shows a link you can pass to them.
- Add Prubex to your agent: in Claude or ChatGPT as a connector (you approve it in Prubex), or with an API key for Cursor, VS Code and other clients.
- Ask your agent about your mail or calendar. Sends wait for your approval by default, set on each key or connected app; each account’s safety settings can add their own rules.

- Teams meeting links can be added to new events.
- Colleagues’ free/busy comes from Microsoft’s scheduling service, as Outlook shows it.
- Message ids stay the same when mail moves between folders, so agents can follow a message.
- Prubex keeps no copies of your mail; only a send waiting for your approval is held, purged 7 days after it is decided or expires.

Does my IT administrator need to approve Prubex?
Only if your organisation blocks people from approving apps themselves. Microsoft then shows a request screen, and Prubex gives you an approval link for your administrator.
Can my agent send email as me?
Yes, if you allow it, and each send waits for your approval by default. You can also limit sends to listed recipients, block domains or cap sends per day.
Does it work with shared calendars and Teams?
Agents can read and change the calendars your account can, and add a Teams link to new events. Teams chat is not part of Prubex.
