Zoho Mail MCP server
To connect Zoho Mail to an AI agent, sign in to Prubex with Zoho and add Prubex to your agent as an MCP server. Prubex works across Zoho’s data centres and reaches both Zoho Mail and Zoho Calendar.
Connect Zoho Mail in 4 steps
- Create a free Prubex workspace and choose Connect an account, then Sign in with Zoho.
- Sign in to Zoho and accept the permissions; Prubex picks your data centre automatically.
- Add Prubex to your agent: in Claude or ChatGPT as a connector (you approve it in Prubex), or with an API key for Cursor, VS Code and other clients.
- Ask your agent to triage the inbox, draft replies or plan your week.

- Works in Zoho’s data centres in the US, EU, UK, India, Australia, Japan, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Singapore.
- Editing a saved draft saves it anew, because Zoho has no draft edit.
- Zoho Calendar offers no way to answer invitations through its API, so that one action is not available.
- Reconnecting replaces Prubex’s old Zoho access instead of piling up new ones.

Does it work with Zoho Workplace?
Yes. Zoho Mail and Zoho Calendar in Workplace use the same sign-in.
Why can’t my agent answer Zoho invitations?
Zoho Calendar’s API has no way to accept or decline. Your agent can still read invitations and create, change and cancel your own events.
Which data centre am I in?
You don’t need to know. Zoho tells Prubex where your account lives when you sign in.
