Google Calendar MCP server

To connect Google Calendar to an AI agent, sign in to Prubex with Google and add Prubex to your agent as an MCP server. Your agent can list events, check free/busy, create events with Google Meet links and answer invitations.

Early access until Google verifies Prubex. See if places are open.

Connect Google Calendar in 4 steps

  1. Create a free Prubex workspace and choose Connect an account, then Sign in with Google.
  2. Tick the calendar permissions: events, your calendar list and free/busy.
  3. Add Prubex to your agent: in Claude or ChatGPT as a connector (you approve it in Prubex), or with an API key for Cursor, VS Code and other clients.
  4. Ask “What’s my week like?” or “Book 30 minutes with Mei on Friday morning with a Meet link.”

Google Calendar questions

Do I have to connect Gmail to use Google Calendar?

Both come from one Google sign-in, and you choose which permissions to give. Untick the Gmail ones if you only want calendars.

Can an agent invite people to meetings?

Yes. Invitations to other people follow the same approval rules as email, so they wait for you unless you have allowed those people.

Which time zone does my agent see?

Yours. Prubex gives times in your time zone, and you can ask for any other.
