Changelog

What’s new

Everything we ship, newest first.

  1. Your profile, your emails, and the Gmail list

    • Settings now has Profile (your name) and Notifications, where you can ask for an email when a request from your key or app is approved, rejected or expires.
    • Prubex emails you when a new key is created, a new app is connected, or your account signs in from a browser it has not seen before.
    • Gmail early access has its own page: see whether places are open, or join the list and hear when one opens.
    • Drafted replies and forwards can carry files, and search can look in a folder by name.
  2. Pricing, and a new look

    • Pricing per connected account: the first two are free, then less per account as you connect more. Paid plans open soon.
    • The Prubex logo, a new home page and pages for every provider and client.
    • The docs site, with the MCP tool and REST references generated from the server itself.
  3. Claude and ChatGPT connectors

    • Claude and ChatGPT sign in to Prubex with OAuth; you choose what each may do and which accounts it reaches.
    • Connected apps are listed under Agents & keys, where you can disconnect them.
    • Prubex is listed in the official MCP Registry as com.prubex/prubex.
  4. Approvals, account rules and the audit log

    • Sends and invitations wait for your approval by default. We email you a link; review and edit in Prubex, then approve or reject.
    • “Approve and always allow” lets trusted recipients skip the wait.
    • Per-account rules: who agents may write to, a daily send cap, and whether they may trash mail or manage folders.
    • The Activity log records every tool call, live, with filters and CSV export.
  5. The MCP server and REST API

    • The MCP server at https://mcp.prubex.com/mcp, with tools for mail, calendars, accounts and approvals.
    • The same tools as a REST API under /api/v1, described in openapi.json.
    • API keys with presets (read-only, assistant, full) or exact scopes, limited to the accounts you choose.
  6. Gmail, Zoho, Fastmail, iCloud, Yahoo and any IMAP server

    • Gmail and Google Calendar (early access until Google verifies Prubex), Zoho Mail and Calendar across Zoho's data centres, and Fastmail.
    • iCloud, Yahoo, AOL, GMX and any IMAP and SMTP server, with CalDAV calendars where offered.
    • Calendar (ICS) links, read-only.
    • One search syntax for every provider: from:, is:unread, after: and the rest.
  7. Microsoft 365, Outlook.com and the Demo mailbox

    • Sign in with Microsoft connects Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com accounts, mail and calendars.
    • Every workspace gets a Demo mailbox with fictional mail and events, so you can try an agent before connecting your own accounts. It never counts toward your plan.
    • Account health: Prubex checks each connection and tells you when one needs reconnecting.
