Outlook Calendar MCP server

To connect Outlook Calendar to an AI agent, sign in to Prubex with Microsoft and add Prubex to your agent as an MCP server. Your agent can list events, find free time, answer invitations and propose new times, and invitations it sends wait for your approval.

Connect Outlook Calendar in 4 steps

  1. Create a free Prubex workspace and choose Connect an account, then Sign in with Microsoft.
  2. Approve calendar access along with mail; Prubex lists every calendar your account can see.
  3. Add Prubex to your agent: in Claude or ChatGPT as a connector (you approve it in Prubex), or with an API key for Cursor, VS Code and other clients.
  4. Ask “When are Priya and I both free on Thursday?” or “Move my 3 pm to tomorrow.”

Outlook Calendar questions

Can an agent accept invitations for me?

Yes. A reply without a comment goes straight through; a reply with a comment is treated like an email and follows your approval rules.

Will attendees get updates when an agent changes a meeting?

Yes, Microsoft sends them as usual. Changing or cancelling a meeting with other people waits for your approval unless you have allowed those people; changes to a whole recurring series always wait.

Can I connect my Google Calendar too?

Yes. Connect both and your agent sees one merged agenda, and meeting-time search checks both.
