Refund Policy
Last updated
Prubex's paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment and issues the invoice, so refunds follow Paddle's Refund Policy.
The rule
Payments are non-refundable, except where a buyer has a statutory right to withdraw, as Paddle's Refund Policy provides. Paddle applies those rights as merchant of record. Some consumers, for example in parts of Europe, have a short right to withdraw from a first purchase, which Paddle's policy explains along with when it ends.
Billing errors and outages
We still credit billing errors and outage-related charges. If you were charged in error, or charged for a period when Prubex was unavailable, as shown on prubex.com/status, write to hello@prubex.com with your workspace name and the invoice number, and we will put it right with Paddle.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing page or Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. You pay only for accounts actually connected: disconnect an account and it stops being billed under Paddle's proration rules. If you delete a paid workspace, its subscription is cancelled immediately and nothing more is charged. The unused part of the period is not refunded except as described above.
How to ask
Email hello@prubex.com, or ask Paddle directly through the link on your receipt or at paddle.net.
