Why we built Prubex
Agents are good at email and calendars. Giving them access safely was the hard part, so we built one server for it.
AI agents have become good at the work that fills an inbox: finding the message that matters, drafting the reply, moving a meeting. What they lacked was a safe way in.
Most people have more than one account. A work mailbox on Microsoft 365, a personal Gmail, a family calendar on iCloud. Each has its own sign-in, its own API and its own quirks, and every agent would need to learn all of them.
One server for every account
Prubex is one MCP server and REST API in front of the accounts you connect. Your agent learns one set of tools, and they work the same on every provider: one search syntax, one way to send, one calendar model in your time zone.
Your rules, every call
An agent that can send email as you should not surprise you. So in Prubex every send waits for your approval unless you say otherwise, each agent gets only the scopes and accounts you choose, and every call is logged. No tool can permanently delete your mail.
