Billing and pricing
Prubex bills per connected account each month. Your first 2 accounts are free; the Demo mailbox and disconnected accounts never count. Prices in US dollars, excl. tax where applicable. Paddle is our merchant of record and handles tax and invoices.
Prices
Graduated: each price applies only to the accounts inside its range.

- 3 accounts: $1.25 a month

How you are billed
A third account starts a plan through Paddle, our merchant of record. Connecting or disconnecting accounts changes the next invoice, prorated; going back within the free accounts ends the plan at the end of the period. usage_get_usage shows your accounts and this month’s estimate.
Payments are non-refundable, except where you have a statutory right to withdraw, as Paddle’s Refund Policy provides; Paddle applies those rights as merchant of record. Billing errors and outage-related charges are still credited on request to hello@prubex.com.
