Gmail and Google Calendar
Connect a Gmail or Google Workspace account under Accounts → Connect an account → Sign in with Google. Google shows what Prubex asks for: reading, organising and sending mail (never a permanent delete), reading, creating and answering calendar events, seeing your list of calendars, and seeing when you, and the people you invite, are busy. Each can be unticked: without the last one, finding a meeting time covers your own calendar only.
Choosing what to allow
Google lets you untick permissions. Prubex then offers only what you allowed: without the calendar, calendar tools answer PROVIDER_UNSUPPORTED for that account. The account card says what is missing, and its Allow button (for example Allow calendar access) asks Google again.
How Gmail maps
Gmail labels appear as folders. Archiving removes the Inbox label; Trash is recoverable for 30 days. Discarding a draft moves it to Trash. Forwards carry the original attachments, within Gmail’s 25 MB.
Early access
Until Google has reviewed Prubex, Google limits how many people can connect. When the limit is reached, the connect page offers the Google list instead, and we email you when places open.
Disconnecting
Disconnecting deletes the stored sign-in and withdraws Prubex at Google, so it leaves your Google account’s third-party connections; while another Prubex workspace still uses the same Google account, only this connection is removed.
