Rate limits

Requests per minute per workspace: 60 on the free tier, 600 on paid plans, 1,200 for enterprise. Responses carry RateLimit headers; a refusal is RATE_LIMITED with retry_after_seconds.

Calls at once per workspace: 4, 16 and 32 by tier. Each tool call has a 25-second budget; reads across many accounts return what finished in time, with warnings for the rest.
